Giblox only collects information that you choose to send us through this website. We do not build profiles, sell data or share information for advertising purposes.

• Contact and project inquiries: name, company or organization, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, service interest, project stage, budget indication, preferred contact channel and the message you write.
• Career applications: name, email address, phone number, area of expertise, LinkedIn and portfolio links, your message and, if you choose to upload one, your CV file.
• Technical information required to operate the site securely, including a one-way hashed value derived from your network address that is used only to limit repeated automated submissions.

How we use information

Submitted information is used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a project or role fit, and continue the conversation through the channel you selected.

We also use it for legitimate administrative and security purposes, such as keeping records of business inquiries, preventing form abuse and protecting the website and our systems.

CV files

CV uploads are accepted as PDF files only and are limited in size. Each uploaded file is validated on our servers, renamed with a randomly generated identifier and stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible.

Uploaded files are not published, not embedded in the public website and not automatically opened or processed. They are reviewed only by authorized Giblox personnel in the context of your application.

Storage, retention and infrastructure

Submissions and application records are stored in a private database and private file storage that are not readable from the public website. Access is restricted to authorized server-side processing and authorized Giblox personnel.

We keep information only as long as it remains useful for the purpose it was submitted for, or as long as required for legitimate business and record-keeping reasons, after which it may be deleted.

Giblox relies on third-party hosting, database, storage and email service providers to operate this website. These providers process information strictly on our behalf as part of delivering their services.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are introduced in the future, our Cookie Policy will be updated to describe what is used and how you can control it.

Security

We apply reasonable technical measures, including server-side validation, private storage, restricted access and submission rate limiting. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
